Hello. I'm new to the forum so please be understanding.
I have a problem with my device. vu + zero 4k
I wanted to install new software
OpenPLi 7.2.
Something went wrong. Now I have a green display with a message.

We are really sorry. Your STB encountered a software problem, and needs to be restarted.
Please send the logfile / temp / enigma2_crash. log to forum at www.openpli.org.
Componend: Enigma2

I tried restart several times, still the same.
Please help.

We need to know what the contents of the crash log is.

If your box has a network connection, you should be able to access it from your PC, or alternatively write down what the screen says, or take a photo (for which you only have 10 seconds).

The current 7.2 is a release candidate, a test version that may still contain issues.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Many answers to your question can be found in our new and improved wiki.

Hi. Yes my box has a network connection.
The device is visible.
But I don't know how to find the crash log.

I suspect that you try to restore a previous backup. Perhaps there is a problem with that particular backup. So my advice would be to flash the box without restoring the backup. Later you can try to restore that backup. I once had an issue like you. Just once and since that moment no more.

If I had all the knowledge I had no questions at all.

Thank you all for your help.
Flash the box helped.
I came back to OpenPLi 7.1 and it will stay that way.
Thanks  "Frenske"
