I have a vu ultimo 4k running v7.1 and is up to date with all updates.

 

It has always been the case when I press the ok button twice, I will get info on now and next programs and at the top of the screen, it would show if the transmission was encrypted or not. If encrypted, it would highlight which encryption is being used.

I noticed today that this no longer appears.

I still get now and next info when pressing ok twice but nothing else.

 

Is this an OpenPli software issue or some other reason?

Maybe change the config second infobar?

 will check that but I have not changed any settings myself.

press ok once than long ok, you cycle through SecondInfoBar and SecondInfoBarSimple (the last one is without crypt info), in Neutrino style press long Exit

Is this a very recent change then?

I have always pressed ok button twice in quick succession and the info I wanted was always there.

Strange that it is no longer there.

 

I did have a few power cuts the other day, I wonder if that has corrupted the firmware on the receiver.

Try the long ok and you’re good

I did several restarts and now it is working as it always did. Two quick presses of ok and there it is again.

Must have been some sort of glitch????

All settings back as they were before I raised this issue.
