Trouble installing pli jade

i have a relook 400 and im trying to install pli jade through flashwizard and im not having any luck is there a way to convert the image so i can install it through flashtools ?

thanks for any help you can offer.

PLi images are made for the Dreambox. We don`t use other boxes ourself so It`s impossible to give support.
