What do you mean by "install local...."?

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

I mean manually. Where to put the files?

Easiest is to put it on a USB stick, and plug it in, it will be detected and installed automatically.

Or on the command line: "opkg install <filename>".

You're using software we haven't made (although they seem to have "stolen" our name), for a box we don't support, and you ask for support here?

If you can't copy something onto a USB stick, what do you expect us to do?

Of course I did copy but did not work. Sorry to disturb you. I use OpenPli on my Vu+Ultimo 4K and DM8000. And am sorry you do not support DM900. Thanks anyway..

You may take from Sat-Universe openvision-enigma2-upcoming-9.2-r44-dm900_web (from dm920 section), it contains, what you asked. Or take “official” NewNigma 2 and add from their feed the plugin enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-ledmanager. With that you can configure leds off or whatever you want. The led stuff otherwise is quite complicated and you can’t add it by yourself to that unofficial Japhar image.
