Guys i tried to update a 7020-s box through the internet and it remains in the stop mode. What is the procedure to bring it back to normal? Is there something i can do from the remote control?

just restart it using the reset button, or the power switch.
Or if you're lazy, login with telnet, go to the last page, and select 'save settings and reboot'.
It won't respond to the remote control, the bootloader has no rc support.
If you've done all that, and what you mean is that after a reboot it stays in 'stopmode', that can only mean your image wasn't flashed properly.
Are you sure you're using the right nfi?
What if you download it again? (or download the zip, unpack it, so you can be sure the nfi is correct)
