Delete all backup
read only file system
rm -rf /media/usb/automatic_fullbackup
and check the flash drive for errors
Harddisk-->Filesystem check

Only picons was there.
The device works well epg import can write the epg.dat there.
The first and the second file which you give, it can write on usb just with the last file can't.
You should have to scan it.
