Would be possible (as last step) try rewrite whole mmcblk0 with some working solo4k content via dd command ? Weird, that mmcblk0p4 not exist, but 'dd' can write to /dev/mmcblk0p4. Similar with mmbclk0.

If mmcblk0p4 is missing, then you can’t write to it via dd.

Writing a copy of whole flash to mmcblk0 should be possible. Will it help? I don’t know.
But getting a proper copy of the flash is not so easy, because when you copy nothing should be open and in normal case the rootfs is mounted. Unmounting it while the box runs is not an easy task.

I think, box is bricked ... damaged mmc... See serial output on boot.

In addition, as I have found out that has not backup => lost bp3.bin

bp3.bin is used on duo4k. Don’t think on other boxes, but don’t know exactly.
Nevertheless errors are visible when EMMC flash is read. Don’t think that can be fixed.
