I have a 4 port router conected to a desktop , laptop & Dreambox.Recently with your assistance I mounted the desktop to my dreambox & it is working perfectly.When I tried to connect my laptop to the dreambox through the dcc to the dreambox the connection diagram line appears in red.So I can't open dreambox files through FTP.But I can stream and watch any channel throuhg vlc player.Because of this I can't mount hdd from the laptop.
Pleae help.

What if you use an ftp client or type the address "ftp://root:dreambox@<ip of your dreambox>" in a browser? So we can see if something is wrong in dcc.

or his firewall is blocking it ...

Okay, in that case there's something wrong with dcc because you have ftp access.
I never use dcc so have no real answer for you.

Thanks for quick response. So please advise me, how to mount hdd from my laptop to dreambox. I can't access to mount manager from web-x-tv browser.

Just allow an exception for DCC in your firewall
