Hello,
I think it's a pity you can edit your message/post just a very short time. I would prefer you can edit it until a next post is made.
If you learned more about the issue, you can correct it or append something.
There are more forums where this is possible.
Further I must say, this is a wonderful forum with people who have a lot of knowledge about openpli. I'm very pleased with this forum.

We had that feature too, but it was disabled because of some people constantly rewriting history ( = changing posts after other people had replied ).
As always, the good have to suffer because of the bad. We have a feature request out to the board software vendor for the option to allow editing a post as long as nobody has replied to it.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

And this would be a very good compromise.
Is there a chance to implement it?

There is a software upgrade in the planning (not sure if the feature is present yet, haven't checked), but no time for it yet (and the upgrade means the forum has to go offline for a day).
