Hello,
I have a working dm500c box and reflashed it with latest Pli Jade image. everything wet ok excat that whe try to sca for a transponder it always give me
"All known trasponders have bee tried, but o lock was possible. verify atea -/cable-setup or try another satellite network.
i have followed the Pli Wiki. it seems i have missed someting. could somebody please help me.

Looks like your dish is not right aligned. Or did it used to work?

I am on cable network (i the UK). in PLi Wiki there is not much information about scanning cable channels.

Hi,
I am in the Uk and I use other dm500c images without a problem. so it seems i am doing something wrond.. but at the momet i cant think what the mistake!.

Hi,
Yes I did copied the Cable.xml file from my working image.
on the Transponder scan page in the drop dow menu there is two options ALL(SR6900) and ALL(6875). i tried both, but the outcome is same.

thaks for your help. everything seems to be ok after doing power cycle (previuosly i only rebooted the box via PLi image).
