Usually my recordings have 5 minutes preliminary lead time and 15 minutes follow-up-time.

If I cut a recording as a first step I usually create two markers, one at the beginning and one at the end of the show.

Then I use these two markers in CutListEditor for an IN and an OUT cut.

 

With my new VU+DUO4K I installed OpenPLi 7.2 (used OpenPLi 4.0 before with my ET9000).

 

Today I noticed that it is not possible to delete an OUT cut in CutListEditor "enigma2-plugin-extensions-cutlisteditor - 2.7+git18096+00bb663-r0.0".

 

If I select the OUT cut and select delete in the menu, nothing happens. The IN cut is deletable.

Never noticed any issue, I do the same. Unfortunately I can't access my box at the moment, so I can't double check.

last time, when is added more marks , then is not possible remove it... easy for me is remove filename.ts.cuts file.

Do you think you could investigate that problem?

Set an IN and OUT cut, leave the CutListEditor, start it again and try to delete the OUT cut.

If I set an OUT cut exactly on a MARK, then it is possible to delete the OUT cut by selecting the MARK and use Delete Cut.

But if I set an OUT cut slightly after a MARK it is not possible to delete that OUT cut.

I can't do anything at the moment. I'm 600km from home and I can't go back because of closed borders and travel restrictions. 

 

And the powerline between my router and buildserver is dead, so I can't work remotely either.

OpenPLi 8.0: This problem still exists.

 

I also had the problem yesterday and today that OpenPLi crashed after selecting an already cut recording with cutlisteditor again. I tried it several times with the same recording and OpenPLi crashed every time.

Unfortunately I tried to reproduce that behaviour with a new recording and it did not crash.

I never had this problem with OpenPLi 7.3.

Should I open a different thread?

try manually remove ".ts.cuts" file and try it again. It can be corrupted and then E2 crashed on it.

Thanks, I did that as a workaround yesterday and today.

Nevertheless, cutlisteditor corrupts the ts.cuts file somehow.

I opened a new thread regarding the crash problem. I was able to reproduce it today.

 

Is there any chance for a solution regarding the problem deleting OUT cuts?

It happens for some recordings. Today I had one recording which produced this crash again.

I have uploaded an crash log and the cuts file in the other theread.
