Dlink DWA-121 works on openpli 7.2 with solo 2?

I have a Vu+ solo 2 and i want to buy a wifi dongle for it. I want to know that if Dlink DWA-121 works on it

I have an openpli 7.2 installed on my box

I haven't used it, but from what I read on the internet, it needs the RTL8192CU driver, which is available for the Solo 2.

 

Note that there is also a Rev. B, which uses the RTL8188EU driver. Which is also available for the Solo 2, but might not support the USB ID for this revision (due to the old kernel version the Solo 2 uses).


Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

can i install the RTL8188EU driver on solo 2?

Yes, it is available in the feed.
