VU+ Duo2 crash during TV watching after webinterface was used

Hello,

 

the day before this crash, WebInterface was used to powering sat.receiver ON and OFF. Next day, the crash occured during watching TV (web interface was not used anymore).

 

This is a part from crash log.

Any solution to prevent this happening in the future? This kind of crash randomly repeats also on Solo2, after webinterface was used.

Which OpenPLi version? I'd thought I'd fixed that a long time ago?

Hmm... Will have to dive into it again... I've added it to the todo list.

Did you update to 7.2 (from 7.1 or previously) or flash?

I suggest to perform an online flash via the UI to 7.2 with backup

There was VTI before, so flash was performed via USB flash drive - clean install.

Ok, I'll perform an online flash via the UI to 7.2 with backup to be sure that everything is clean and up to date.

Will report back crashlog when it occurs.

That won't fix it. It looks like my patch isn't complete.

Pushed a fix to develop, after testing I'll backport it to 7.2-release.

 

Can you reproduce the issue? If so, I can run a 7.2-release update build for the Duo2, so you can test the fix too.

Today I did reproduce same crash. Will you let me know when this fix will be available in 7.2 update, so I can test it again, plese?

I've backported it to 7.2-release for the build of Sunday night.
