and the WG++ must placed in the webserver folder or just let it in the default folder : C:\Users\Rico\AppData\Local\WebGrab+Plus ????

The siteini should go in the WG++ work folder....
Learn to use WG++ plus from the documentation at the Webgrab++ website pls.

the problem with xampp and wamp in windows is that curl doesnt work even is enable maybe is firewall or something else; i already uncomment the php.ini file

In Linux Ubuntu the script is working with xampp but in windows no,
