I have tried to sort out my problem with some channels freezing. It's about 5 of my channels. Not the same transponder, but all off them on 1 west. It freezes and opens again without any system. Comes and goes. 90-100% on signals/SNR, BER 0 (Don't know if it means anything...) Had this problem for ages. Switched cables to the LNB, changed LNB, changed receiver. Could it be interference from other things in my house? Getting nuts about this.

Canal Digital Nordic. Tried other cards with the same result. Has nothing to do with descrambling.

This weekend my problems ended, it looks like! I have done different things with boxes, cables and so on, so now the freezing is gone! It must have been an interference, but as I have done a lot of things, I don't know what it was. But more than a year with problems is over!

Are you using Oscam? If so, look into the live log to see what is happening.

1. I don't know how to do it. 2. It's not about descrambling of signals.

Okay, so unecrypted channels.

note that Some Transponder at the 1.0 west position are put on the nordic beam. The signal at tour location could be to low in Some weather conditions.

It's encrypted channels, and it's not weak channels. It's a mystery.

I think I've finally found the problem! I toke the power off a network dish yesterday, and have not seen anything freezing after that!

Moved the receiver 2 meters, used another network-cable, another HDMI, moved the coax-cables from the cable-mess and so on, but still the same. :-(

So obviously you suffer from KA-band interference. Only thing is to move either dish out of the way! And I mean WAY out of the way...

It was no problem for 12-13 years with the dish in this location.

No 5G here when the problem started.
