The et10000 had various serious issues, btw. Both hardware and software.

I am sorry for the off-topic but since you have knowledge and experience with all these receivers, could you please list the et10000 issues as I currently have two and probably due to my simple usage, I have not seen much apart from idle cpu temps of 70-80C?

Also, does anyone know what changes are included in the recent Xtrend driver updates and will they be included in 7.3?

Moved your post, wrong forum, and you posted in a non-related topic.

There is nothing wrong with that temperature. It is the on-die temperature, it is always between 70 - 90 degrees C. The maximum on-die temperature is 125 degrees, so not a problem.

And yes, a new release will contain the latest drivers. Don't expect much, the Xtrend brand has been disolved for a few years now.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Thank you for moving the post.

Also thanks for confirming that the temperatures I have observed are not extreme for this chip.

I guess it would be hard to know what has changed in the new drivers or even what caused the need for new drivers as they would be perhaps compiled by a former employee of Xtrend.

Is there any news about the et10000 drivers without security check, please?
