Hi

i set uk sat channels to download epg automatically but since last few days its not been downloading and i tried manually but percentage bar disappears and no epg is importing.

im using rytec general xmltv and rytec uk sat/virgin xmltv sources.

Please help

I do not have any problems.

You can try to give your receiver a cold reboot, and do a manual import thereafter..

If the problem persist, pls obtain the epgimport log and attach it here.

 

PS:  A couple of weeks ago, I had a similar problem.  Since I am at the source, I started searching in all files for the problem.  Only to find nothing.
Only then I followed my own advise, to give the receiver a cold reboot.  Problem solved.

 

PS2:  Checked the servers, and all servers are updated.

seems to have come back but thats what it does sometimes but then goes away. will keep an eye on it.

I have normal EPG on these channels.  However there are aeveral versions of Channel 4.  So the reference on which you do not have EPG would be welcome.

Kiss and BET have EPG onmyreceiver, I am however not sure it are the latest service refs. (never watch them)

So also these service refs are welcome.

 

Why do I ask service refs?  The XMLTV file contains data for these channels.  The only other reason (apart from internet problems on your side) for not having EPG is the link between the EPG and the service reference.  And it is impossible for me to keep up with the changes on a bunch of satellites.  (This would be a full day-time job)

i have epg problem now its not importing

You will have to share some info like the epgimport log.

Information like I do not have import is not very helpful, especially since nothing is wrong at the moment with the files and the servers.
