I have flashed 12th Sept Dev image on a GB UE 4K which has 23rd July drivers. Slightly different receiver, but drivers should be the same. I don't have a USALS motor, tuner A is Unicable LNB, Tuner B was disabled during this test. I was able to record on Tuner A and then select a Terrestrial service on Tuner I. My Terrestrial tuner is the TT3L10 pluggable type which is slightly different to the OP's one.
Just for reference, USB tuners still do not work.
Hopefully the drivers can get merged into Monday's public image.

If they can be tested to see if the problem is fixed, I can have a look at updating 7.3-release.

Driver update has been merged, so they should be in next Monday's build.
