Als ik met de client een timer (fallback) wil toevoegen krijg ik deze foutmelding.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Welke OpenPLi staat daar op? Fallback geconfigureerd op basis van naam (box.local) ipv IP adres?

Ja, lijkt me wel.

 

"Server" box geflasht met een restore? Kijk eens of de avahi user (/etc/passwd) en groep (/etc/group) bestaat? Zo niet, dan start avahi niet.

hmm... dan weet ik het even niet. Beide boxen in hetzelfde subnet? Kun je checken of op beide boxen avahi-daemon draait?

 

Geen linux PC in de buurt? Dan kun je met "avahi-browse -a" checken wat er allemaal over je netwerk geleuterd wordt. Ik zie hier alles wat op dit moment op dit subnet aan staat:

Daarvoor moet je "avahi-utils" installeren.

opkg install avahi-utils

Op mijn bouwpc staat het in elk geval niet maar dat is een server versie, ik denk dat het wel op een desktop machine wordt gezet, die is helaas gecrasht (mainboard dood) :( dus dat kan ik niet testen.

Ja, ik bedoelde dat je dat dan op die PC in tikken kan. Sorry dat ik niet duidelijker was. Op de box moet je voor de browser inderdaad de utils installeren.
