how do i go about updating the boot sector please, i remember doing it before and it changed the numbers on the display from something like #36 to #52, now i have a problem booting and a few forums have sait to update the boot files, but where from and how?

the 7020 bootloader hasn't changed for years.
I think all boot problem / bootloader update related posts are for the 800.
If you flash an nfi, the bootloader will be updated as well. (its included in the nfi). But like I said, it hasn't changed in years, so it will not change/fix anything.
