Hi

please need your help

i make backup for openpli 8 with backupsuite, all ok on process no error, but can not use it on athers boxes

You want to flash that image on another box? If it’s a os mini 4K it should work. On all other boxes not.
Or does backup suite not work on other boxes? Which exactly?

i make backup tu use it on another os mini.

You need to flash the backup via the e2 menu. Menu point "flash image". To be able to do it, put the backup into the root of an USB stick and attach it to the second box. Then you should be able to see the backup image in the "flash image" screen.

on Menu "flash image" i can see only online images.

on formuler F4 turbo I use the same method, and the update is done directly by usb without going through the menu.

Yes, unfortunately it don't work always this way.

 

Is the full backup a zip file? Where is the zip file stored? It has to be stored in the main directory (=root directory) or in a directory called "downloaded_images" on an attached USB stick or HDD.

tested also with pur-e2 same issue

on start a get message on screen: A new software version is found. .....press and hold OK in 10 seconds

 

when i press OK nothing , and box start

As said you cannot flash it during boot!

 

You need to use "flash image" menu point.
