Thanks for your answer,but the cdinfo plugin is in the image included,yet no infos about the audio cd available.

Rather than open a new thread I am posting here.
I have the same problem, The DM8000 DVD player is not working.
I have the plugin installed from the feed, I added the line suggested here, restarted, the disk spins inside the drive, that’s as far as it goes.
