I put the latest Recovery on the multibox (actually 2 pieces) and now you can no longer flash via the recovery both online and offline, it gives invalid image on both decoders so there is something wrong with the new recovery of the multibox any of you test that?



Installing the image with the image menu will work.

We do not make the 'recovery' image so I'm afraid we cannot easily help.... Do you have some photo's so we can see the messages? 

Where did you get the recovery image from?

The recovery is the latest from hier and i have 2 decoders i have not photo from it when i dowload image from recovery he says "invalid image" when i install it from hdd/usb with the recovery the same "invalid image" it dont matter what image i dowload even the develop/OpenATV/NFR dont install only with the recovery with the image self it works like a charm

If TF card is attached . remove it first and then try 

also tell us which usb stick you are using for it ?

normally it should be 8gb fat32 formatted .

There is no TF card attached and the usb stick is a 1GB stick Fat formatted (this one i use to update this recovery to ) but it dont work either with online flashing the image, this have nothing to do with a USB stick?

Even its un acceptable often but I have found some time usb mismatched during process . I often use disk format tool to format usb 

I m sure u have tested every possible way but just for clearing doubts I shall request kindly change usb stick and try any other one

it really matters .  the usb format toots I share here for the helping purpose .

I will test it today later i'am at work.now.

I have test but don't work, the format tool i used this already for many years!

i tried 3 usb sticks 1 with 1 gb with 4 gb and 1 with 8 gb all failed

this is realy the recovery that don't work  anymore with two boxes i only want to say that that the maintainer can make it for the newer recovery

I have tested an older recovery (this one "http://downloads.ope...covery_emmc.zip")  and now he i flashing with usb and online ?  the newer one is not good

Probably the revovery of the multiboxSE is loaded. This is reported and will be solved in the next develop build and from the next Release build too.

FYI. By ‘the next Develop’ I mean after the moment the manufacturer actually changed the recovery image and a Develop build has started.
