after 3 days test I find kodi (with vpn) is working fine at my side.
I have tested in solo4k and dou4k with fallowing rep & plugin.
image installed Openpli 8 development .

Good Morning all
I want to know about vu duo2 buitin wifi driver and version ?.
which is being used in Open Pli 8.0 development .
I dont see builtin wifi in network section according to mother board it has RTL8211 chip.

The RTL8211EG is the ethernet PHY, the fixed 10/100/1000 ethernet chip.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Thanks for the answer . its builtin wifi is usb base and have RT5372L chip on it,
I have found it was my board's fault which was not showing .finally fixed and tested
It working flawlessly . It was not image's fault . Image is awesome as like always.

Next time, do a "opkg info <package>" first, that will tell you in what state opkg thinks the package is.
You get these issues if it is in a "part-installed" state, which can happen if for example a post script doesn't return 0.

We only support basic configs for oscam softcam which at least will support smartcard with a valid subscription.
I don’t see the need to update those configs but maybee you can give me the benefit of updating or changing the configs...

Yes I share all my configs which are modified and working flawlessly in (ARM,MIPS)
I dont say those files will be updated in feed but just for the knowledge and information purpose I shall share with the Open Pli team .

The next version will be 8.1.
Regarding your request of adding the epg translator plugin someone else can offer you that information.
AFAIK we can / will only add plugins when we have the sources. But, as I am not a developer let’s wait for a more experienced member.
Mijn schotel is een T90 met 10 LNB's. Daarnaast voor de fun nog een draaibaar systeem met een Triax TD 78.
Dreamboxen heb ik niet meer echt actief. Verder heb ik ook nog een een VU+ duo2 met 500Gb harddisk + een VU+ Uno, Zero, Solo 4K, Ultimo 4K, Zero 4K, Uno 4Kse. + ook nog een Xtrend ET7x00. Daarnaast heb ik ook nog diverse andere modellen w.o. een Formuler F4, ET8500, ET7500, Mut@nt 2400HD, Xsarius Fusion HD se en verder nog wel het e.e.a. waarmee op verzoek vanalles wordt getest. Iemand moet het tenslotte doen. 
Los van de eerder genoemde modellen heb ik nog wel een rits aan testsamples als Mut@nt 2400HD, HD60, GB UE4K, GB Trio4K, Maxitec Multibox combo en Twin, Octagon sf8008, sf8008 mini en last but nog least enkele modellen van het Grieks Duitse Edision.
Voor centrale opslag van media gebruik ik een Qnap 219P met tweemaal 2 Tb harddisks + een Synology DS414 met 12 Tb Totale opslag.

Last update 13/05/2021 on Vu+ DUO4K.
Impossible to connect to the box (bad password ??).
I can connect with OpenWebIf but it is very difficult to see a channel (bad connection).
I use a Wifi connection on 2.4 GHz bandwith. In network parameters the SSID isn't visible.
Network connection works but the download speed is lower than the internet box.

I change password by telnet. I have a password.
By telnet port 23 it works but not via ssh port 22.
It was ok before.

well, I hit the very same issue after (massive - 520 packages?) update on 12.05 on my vs1500,
when tried to connect through ssh I was getting "Permission denied (publickey,password)"
and after I updated today the issue has mysteriously gone (?)
to be honest no idea what was the cause, can't see nothing ssh related in recent commits? odd...

On develop such things are always possible, especially with massive changes. It's better to flash in such cases...
