Hi all,
I'm new to this forum so I would like to say hello to everyone.
I'm using my zgemma for more than 1 year and for my 1st system I have chosen openpli and like till today.

I was looking for an answer for my question in lots of forums but no success.

My question is, can I have PIP on this box? O can't find anything in plugins.

Can anyone help?
Thx

Yes, you can use PiP.
Press blue while you are watching tv. If PiP option is not visible there, then you need to go to Menu > standby/restart > Multiboot image selector.
Let’s say you have only one image installed. Then you should see “Slot 1 mode 1” and “slot 1 mode 12”. Select mode 12. This restarts your box and pip should be available.

Zgemma H7 supports PiP without any plugin. Box must be in "mode 12" ... go to Menu -> Standy/restart -> Multiboot ... and select item with "mode 12".

After restart you can use PiP: open Chanel list (CH+/CH-), press Menu - select Blue (Play as PiP) and that's all.

I have done all as advised but by using this multiboot with mode 12 TV went black screen & only audio.
Luckily I was able to use web interface and switch back to mode 1.

But I think this is a different problem .

Any advice?

When you switch to mode 12, the box support less video resolutions. Some 4K resolution is not supported. Maybe set output to 1080p and then test again.

Just tested all available resolutions, no success. To clarify I'm using iPad to watch stream of images on web interface so I can navigate with remote..
All resolutions below 1080p = black screen. Only once I had white blinked screen but still black.

I can confirm that I saw "pip" options under blue key but can't use that due to no image on TV. :/

So with mode 12 you have a black screen on all channels? And you cannot see the menu on the TV?
And with mode 1 all is ok?

In mode12 the videodecoder is limited... and cannot show 'everything' anymore... that is the offer when you want PIP on this 'limited' SOC...

Problem solved , deep standby solutions works.

Works only up to 1080p 50hz.

New problem...., when I was using pip and in the same time start playing with resolution I got black screen but before whole tv screen was flickering and then went black.
Deep standby solutions worked and solve this issue.

Any ideas why I got this flickering screen?

again seems a screen resolution . did u try it with 1080i/720p ?

seems screen buffer size issue

go to menu and disable auto resolution detection .
