Hi All

Kindly share the tests / issue/ problems regarding plugins/addons & skins  related to Openpli 8.0

-Better to post with screen shots it help us to understand 

-Dont forget to share box you are using and image version 

-Share crash logs also  

-Plugin/addons/skin file if possible 

-Issues from feed server should be posted with screen shots .

Hi all, I tried my old vu+ultimo with new openpli 8.0, using that as internet radio and music server with shoutcast and tune-in radio plugin. Shoutcast works fine, but tune-in colaps when trying to search radio and play. I changed receiver for xtrend 7500, same green death. Tried to find any solution on google with negative result. Can you please check that out? Thank you very much for your work, by the way picture on this image 8.0 is absolutly excellent.

I do not know this plugin, but you can try replace TSplayer.py file in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/TuneinRadio/lib/ with this one in atachement.

 

 

Or change setTitle to Title in ./lib/TSplayer.py file on lines:

line 252:self.onLayoutFinish.append(self.setTitle) to self.onLayoutFinish.append(self.Title)

line 289: def setTitle(self): to def Title(self):

If I may make a recommendation, it is to have additional information displayed when checking additional plugins.

 

The additional information should at least have:

 

1. Date last update
2. Released for version %n
3. Author (including author's last activity on forum and contact details)

At this moment, I just select a plugin based on name, and the assumption it fits my needs. There is no additional information available on the page where I can download the plugins in OpenPli. Enhance that there, please.

In most cases we don't know, 3rd-party plugins are added because some user asks it, and provides the ipk. But nobody ever checks them once they're in.
