Hi,
I have a Vu+ solo 2 .
OpenPLI 8
I have installed the 2 extentions from
the open pli extensions section : epgimport + epgimport-rytec
I have no other extension relates to EPG. Just these 2 .
Channel are selected for my country ( France) in « Sources »
i.e : all Rytec sources + « France «  in «  Rytec belgique /Ned/France xmltv section .
Upload epg : 27000 events
But when i press the Epg button , there is Always 2 events shown for every Channel .
I have rebooted etc..

Hi ,
I installed epgimport from OpenPLi 8 extension menu ( 2 plug in)
Rytec source selected .
27000 events Downloaded
But only 2 events are show when pressing EPG button or other way to display epg events ( recording etc..).
How to dix this behaviour and make OpenPLI display all events please ?

It is certain that you have a problem.

But I cannot replicate your problem.

 

1. Can you obtain the Epgimport log.

After an import, open the EPGimport plugin.  Press Menu and obtain the log.

You can save the log.  It will be in the /tmp/ folder of your receiver.

Can you post the log pls.

 

2. Can you tell a bit more from your system pls.

Which channels are you trying to receive:  Sat, Cable dor IPTV?

I am trying to receive Sat channels only.

I cannot see anything wrong in your import log.

A lot of unknown channels, but that is fairly normal as not all channels are probably defined in a bouquet on your receiver.

 

Tried to import the French language source only on my receiver and I got: [EPGImport] imported 42882 events

And a lot less unknown channels.

(pls disregard the Pluto and stirr errors in my log)

 

So there is something wrong at your end.

Lets try to find it.

 

The first reason why EPGimport does not import anything is because the service refs in your bouquets and lamedb do not correspond with the service refs in the rytec.channels.xml file.

 

Pls. post one bouquet file (from /etc/enigma2) which contains the channels for which you want to import EPG.

So I can check the service refs.

This is different!!!!!!

 

How did you create the channels list?

Diid you scan it yourself?

Downloaded it from somewhere?

I presume the last one.  And this is dodgy list, scanned with strange settings.

if you want a premade channels list.

Or install the Hans list from the feed of OPenPLi

Ok i see.

I simply scan with my VU+ Solo2 via E2 function "scan manualy".

 

But i erase and reinstalled EPG Import , and it's OK now.

 

I will try the HAns list anyway if it's better. Is ther a way to automate the update of this list ?
