in some feed frequencies, the signal is not visible. When I scan manually, there is no signal but it finds the channel. Where can I find the log file of this problem? if you want I can send you a video image.

You have not shared enough info

Which satellite ?

Which box? 

Which image ?

 you can find  Crashlog normally on hdd/usb and a bootlog in /var/log

Satellite 16E-10E-7E-3E im using openpli 6.2 vu solo menu setting channel search manual search user trasporter dvbs search havent a channel dvbs2 fec1/2 havent I have to try one by one. and I usually have problems with symbol rate 4 digit numbers

update cfe and then reset factory default 

install fresh image and then try .

If the cfe version is not up to date, I would not install openpli 4.0 and above. I don't think the problem is caused by here. I think the software or the tuner may be inadequate

Ok, I will try but I dont know my box orginal or clone. This upgrade dont recommended clone box. Is this true?

Yes .. you will have to care of it. if your box is clone it can kill it . 

Anyway we only support here for original boxes .we dont have any idea about clones

Good to know .. So I was right it needs cfe update
