You have to explain in detail - the fix you are looking for ? Unfortunately, more ideas have already been discussed in this TOPIC. The moderators of the discussion forum should divide it into two threads.
If you are asking about PureVPN, the solution has already been answered. There is probably faulty, old, plugin source code that no longer works on the new Enigma2. Therefore, it needs to be updated. Theoretically, what @Dimitrij stated in post #2 should help. If that doesn't help, there's an IPK package included below. So you can try to install this one.
If you ask about the second problem, i.e. with an incomplete Enigma2 update, so it's more complicated because the Enigma Crash problem can be anywhere else.
BTW, one more note of mine, as off topic:
I personally use ZeroTier VPN. It is a free project that has very few configuration restrictions by administrators. There is a very nice Web-GUI interface. ZeroTier is also included in the feed for OpenPLi and OpenATV. ZeroTier is a cross-platform VPN (you can install it anywhere, even on your Android smartphone, for example).
