Good day,
I am searching a driver for this usb dvb stick matching with open pli 8.0 . Although with other images it is recognized , i cannot find a driver for open pli . Can somebody assist?

You may need to install these packages:
kernel-module-dvb-usb-dvbsky kernel-module-si2168 kernel-module-si2157 firmware-dvb-fe-si2168
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

They should be available in the feed, so no need to download something yourself.
Just install them on the commandline, or use the software management plugin ( advanced options, package management ).
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

i have downloaded them from the feed but still dvbt stick is non included in the list with the available tuners

Have you restarted the box?

Yes but it is not recognised. Now i will pass a clean image openpli 8.0 and will re install the drivers

I just completed new installation. The above files you posted me are not included into the packages list finally. Could you please post the ipk files of these packages in order i upload them to the receiver.

It's not enabled in the kernel config for the Solo 4K / Uno 4K / Ultimo 4K: https://github.com/v..._DVB_USB_DVBSKY
So VU+ needs to update it.

Looked into adding this. CONFIG_DVB_USB_DVBSKY needs kernel 3.18 or newer, these boxes still run on kernel 3.14, so this USB can not be supported.
