Flash it again, and then don't install that plugin? If that is all you installed, chances are it is not compatible.

Currently in use: VU+Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), Amiko Viper T2C (T2+fallback), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (T2+fallback)

It seems to be an iptv plugin... we do not see the log attached but I’m afraid you have to contact your iptv provider... crash when you enter the credentials...

You can't copy and paste information here, you need to attach it (using the "More Reply Options" button).

The plugin expects a file /etc/code that does not exist on your box and because of that the plugin crashes (when you press blue button). I’m afraid you need to ask that file from your (illegal) iptv provider. In short it is Indeed the plugin that crashes because an expected file is missing and therefor not an issue with our image.

Looks like you forgot to copy and paste the code-file you got from your ‘provider’ to the expected location....

Smells very illegal....

Totally illegal this plugin is a kind of virus for the STB it locks stuff and insert itself entries in crontab to automatically refresh the channel list. It also include an illegal private version of OScam to access there servers.
