Revo 4K: crashed and can't flash

Hi all;


I think My friend has broken down his revo 4k.
Receiver cannot open and No picture or sound on TV.
I have been trying to update via usb stick and no action.

I tried it with some different usb sticks which are under 8gb and fat32

Blue light (stand by button) is on while flashing try out.
Green light is active if I push blue button.

I can not find any bootloader file or any idea how to repair this machine.

Maybe flash is crashed
