OK the reason was given in the other thread my DVB-C tuner was (unfortunately) V1 version this version only runs into slot 1.
So I need to switch the 2 tuners, having DVB-C into slot 1 and DVB-S2X into slot2 and I can now use the 16 demux!
So indeed Duo4K can handle 2 FBC tuners properly but V1/V2 in slot 1 and V2 only in slot 2.

By the way, I can add a warning to the settings of this tuner if it is inserted into the second slot.

From my test it is useless to try to use more than 2 tuners when this tuner is in slot 2. Because people will have failed recording if they keep the FBC tuner active (from letter K).
So I guess it would be nice if OpenPLi block to 2 tuners only when inserted in slot 2 and indeed with a warning that inform that this tuner should be installed in slot 1 to take advantages of the FBC tuner capability.

You can have DVB-C tuners in slots 1 and 2 and all tuners will show.
Same with DVB-S.
If using 1 DVB-C and 1 DVB-S, the DVB-C must be in the first slot.

I had a DVB-C FBC V1 tuner and indeed it must be installed in slot 1 to be able to use all the virtual tuner, in slot 2 only 2 tuners are working.
I have swapped my DVB-C FBC and DVB-S2X FBC and now I can take full advantage of both.
