Hi all,

since yesterday (or may be a few days ago) I lost almost all my channels (but not all of them!) on my vuduo4kse equiped with 1 DBV-C tuner, with 1 smartcard in lower slot via a paid subscription at belgian VOO provider.

My first thought was to look at Oscam-emu (although as said, some channels are working (I mean I have picture & sound, some others give a black screen). What is surprising for me is that I did not make any modification to the system recently ...

in annex, I have attached a few screen shots ; for channels that works the info looks normal, for others as show in the log screenshot, it seems there is an issue with oscam-emu. I did update the stb to the lastest available version but that does not change anything. I also tried to restore a backup from some time ago (I am sure at that time all was OK) but problem remains the same.

Please note that I am not too technical so I would be grateful for your help in simple terms. Also, I have rescanned the tuner, in case, but not helfull ; I also restarted oscam-emu from GUI, but again no luck, even de-install & re-install oscam-emu from the GUI/feed, no luck either. I do not know where to look now and really need your help.

Thanks,

GS

Thanks. I do not think so, I put the smartcard back to the Voobox and there everyting works OK. Anyway I think the issue is with oscam looking at the screen shots .... but I do not have the skills to further investigate ....

Sure the voo box adapts to the changes (Card pairing)....

I recommend to post your question on the streamboard forum which is the Home of oscam.

Yes VOO drop support for Seca and switch to Nagra only. Google is your friend to find the workaround that won't last that long.

Look at the second info screen (watch TV press OK then long press OK once to enable it) and you will see that there is no more S in the top screen.

Many thanks for your answer. I found indeed on Google a solution to update oscam.dvbapi file .... but at this stage I cannot find this file ...

Strange ... the S is still there on channels that do not work either ...

Many thanks to all for your help. Here is the solution I found thanks to all of you and also a bit of googling:

Since I could not file the oscam.dvbapi file, I created one in /etc/tubox/config/oscam-emu

with the following content:

M: 181D:00AA41 0100:00AA41

Thanks !
