Zgemma H10 Combo issues.

Hello all! H10 Combo after a little testing saw that the information does not correspond to reality, it can be corrected?

What information? The boxtype? Is determined by the drivers, so nothing we can do about.


Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

If this is your quality criteria...

 

There is only one driver set, and one image, for all H10 models. We don't own any of them as they are not for sale here, so no way to see if we can do anything about it.

If this is your quality criteria...

The criteria for my dissatisfaction can be expressed in several ways...
 
1. the radio.mvi splash screen does not work
 
2. grab 4k does not work
 
3 HdmiCEC does not work with LG 55UJ630V 4K UHD TV

Again, we don't have an H10, so nothing we can't do about it. We shoulld really stop building it.

 

And I doubt grab supports 4K at all, If I grab Astra UHD Demo on my Duo 4K, the result is 1920x1080 too...

On all Zgemma starting from model H9 and H10 grab 4k does not work at all, what to say about 1920x1080 resolution... Instead of grab 4k there is one black picture...
 
It's not critical, but it's a shame that it's bought for money and can't do its job... :wacko:

You're the first one reporting it. Chances are it has the same problem with more boxes. Anyway, the grab code is ours, not zgemma's, so nothing they should fix.

I see you have Zgemma H9.2H in your signature, you can check it yourself and see how grab 4k works...

For the name I can only convert it to a generic "H10", like we do for the "H9", as there is no way to reliably know the difference.

Thanks. I think this is already addressed in the current develop codebase, which uses "model" instead of "boxtype".

Mijn schotel is een T90 met 10 LNB's. Daarnaast voor de fun nog een draaibaar systeem met een Triax TD 78.

Dreamboxen heb ik niet meer echt actief. Verder heb ik ook nog een een VU+ duo2 met 500Gb harddisk + een VU+ Uno, Zero, Solo 4K, Ultimo 4K, Zero 4K, Uno 4Kse. + ook nog een Xtrend ET7x00. Daarnaast heb ik ook nog diverse andere modellen w.o. een Formuler F4, ET8500, ET7500, Mut@nt 2400HD, Xsarius Fusion HD se en verder nog wel het e.e.a. waarmee op verzoek vanalles wordt getest. Iemand moet het tenslotte doen. ;) :)
Los van de eerder genoemde modellen heb ik nog wel een rits aan testsamples als Mut@nt 2400HD, HD60, GB UE4K, GB Trio4K, Maxitec Multibox combo en Twin, Octagon sf8008, sf8008 mini en last but nog least enkele modellen van het Grieks Duitse Edision.

Voor centrale opslag van media gebruik ik een Qnap 219P met tweemaal 2 Tb harddisks + een Synology DS414 met 12 Tb Totale opslag.

I tested some mentioned issues on the H10 combo.

 

1. Confirmed

2. Confirmed

3. Can't test as I don't own this LG TV. HDMI-CEC is sometimes kind of a lottery whether it works.

 

We received the H10 sample just recently and as our building environment has been down for over a month several isues might have been solved in the Nightly Build. Not yet checked as I just flashed 8.0.

There is also a problem with the android part, the manufacturer said that fit H9s se but I did not get ... I renamed the contents of h9se-androidtv-image.zip to h10 and the android was installed in the flash, but there was another problem android does not boot beyond boot...

 

Can you please check this point?

Android image is still not available. That was my latest info from Zgemma some weeks ago.

Hi, about 

3 HdmiCEC does not work with LG 55UJ630V 4K UHD TV

 

You could try this after the HDMI-CEC is enabled:

Setup->System->Audio / Video->HDMI-CEC setup->Minimum send interval->
and set it to ‘100 ms’

and then please try it again and please report back, if it works for you!
