Hi,

I just installed openPLI 8.1 on zgemma h9.2h. I have a problem with systemtime plugin:

opkg install enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-systemtime

Collected errors:
 * Solver encountered 1 problem(s):
 * Problem 1/1:
 *   - package enigma2-2.7+git19199+82a3c6c-r0.0.h9 conflicts with enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-systemtime provided by enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-systemtime-z-git5110+81f1df3-r0.0.cortexa15hf-neon-vfpv4
 *
 * Solution 1:
 *   - allow deinstallation of enigma2-2.7+git19199+82a3c6c-r0.0.h9

 * Solution 2:
 *   - do not ask to install a package providing enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-systemtime

For me it is ok the solution 2, but I cannot find how to setup the autoupdate of system time into settings as with systemtime plugin.
What can I do?
Thanl you

This plugin is absolutely no longer needed with OpenPLi 8.1 don't try to install it.

The NTP support is now build in, no more need for this plugin.

Turn you menu into expert mode and explore them, you will find the Time setup.  ;)

Had the same problem. But good to hear that this is built-in now. Thanks alot for that!

However, I cannot find the mentioned option to configure time, although I'm on expert mode. Could you please describe where to find it exactly?

Nevertheless, it seems that the time on my Vuplus Solo4k is always up-to-date after a restart. Running ntpdate manually on the box then shows an offset of just 0.0003 secs. So if time is always updated hidden, it would be okay for me. :-)

Background: I just have updated to the newest packages of OpenPLi 8.1, after upgrading to 8.1 from 7.3 a week ago. On 7.3 I had enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-systemtime_1.4 installed. If I remember correctly, it contributed a 'System time' entry to the 'Expert settings' menu.

UPDATE: I guss I've just found the answer in the 8.1 release notes: "Time is retrieved when network becomes active, after that every 30 minutes. Configuration option for time update is in Setup -> System -> Customize at the very end of the list."
