does not recognize during installation soft does not ask for the satellite of the satellite head. does not see the satellite 3 box I have the same problem does not recognize the satellite. is not looking for a satellite   .missing some software part

And your screenshots are about a remote fallback tuner, which has nothing to do with satellites?

I enter the settings of the satellite tuner there is only an emergency remote tuner no satellite. no satellite settings as if some part of the software was missing, I do not know how to add a movie that I would show

So you don't have:

this menu option, and in there,

a list of one or more tuners?

 

Then you either have flashed the wrong image, or your (tuner in the) box is broken.

OpenATV 6.4 on this soft normally searches for satellites. the problem is with openpli.  egami, openspa normally finds the satellite. openpli problem

I don't own a H9 SE, so I can't test it myself. But it should show the tuners and scan menu items if it detects any tuners.

 

What does menu - information say about tuners?

 

And you are sure you flashed the H9 SE image, and not the H9 image by mistake? Because they have different drivers. The zipname should be openpli-8.1-release-h9se-YYYYMMDD_emmc.zip.

-8.1-release-h9se-20210831_emmc.zip  this soft installed     two box in the picture. I have another one and the same problems in the 3x box. maybe it's a copy of the box not the original but some other fake?

  this is the problem there is no tuner option in the menu. soft did not install the tuner option

I just tested my H9S.SE with the NB and the Release 8.1. As expected no issue with receiving or setting up the tuner. You might have some weird shortcut in the coaxial cable or a broken LNB that causes the tuner to fail.

I can only mention that it works ok overhere.

look at the film. you can see some backup tuner is installed, no satellite tuner is installed

If you are only one, who has this problem with 8.0 and 8.1, then must be problem on your side ... used setting from older images or so ...

 

Try run "Factory setting", if it will help.

and what's next with factory settings. the picture appears. what's next   .I am some factory image and nothing else happens. None of the settings change anything

I can’t do anymore then testing with several versions of OpenPLi and if it works ok then it’s not our firmware that causes your issue.
Besides that, if it would be OpenPLi related out board would have been flooded with the same issue like yours.
You might compare the drivers between OpenPLi and any other alternative image.

You’d best install the latest recovery image. That will solve this issue I think.
You still have the basic recovery image as those screens were actually shown when having loaded an older recovery image if I recall right.

Boot in recovery mode and flash the packed recovery zip from USB.
