Don't think there is one, but you can probably generate one with the auto bouquet maker plugin.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

For "Free To Air" channels
In AutobouquetsMaker, you can set the option "FTA only" to yes. That option is per provider. That will create bouquets with only free channels.
For the "Free to View", the ones that require a card with active entitlements, but not a subscription from sky, there is a custom mix file on another forum to make ABM treat them like FTA channels.
"Freeview" is not on 28.2 (satellite), it is on Terrestrial (using an aerial). ABM will create a bouquet for those if that is what you meant. You must have a tuner configured for terrestrial/aerial though. You can also use Terrestrial scan plugin.
