installed picture player is ok but lacks sorting possibility of files, Í don´t like watching pictures in the same order, i hate it actually, now you can sort files by name, date, size or shuffle them, you can delete a file as well, it still needs installed picture player (I didnt want to duplicate the code), it shows bmp, png, jpg, gif, svg and mvi, you get small help (key actions) on help

seems nobody needs a picture player, this one has some more functions, a picture tells more than thousand words

Is the source available, so we can add it to the feed?

you mean Git, I don´t know how to do it, according to downloads people don´t need it anyway, I built Picture Player into VideoPlayerSimple Video Player Simple - [EN] Third-Party Development - Forums (openpli.org) , now it plays all media files, no need to switch to another plugin but I have a small problem with it and I am at my wit´s end (can´t solve it)

Git, yes. Either on your own account, or ask for an E2OpenPlugin repository.
99.9999% of the users don't read this forum, let alone be able to download and install an ipk. So, not the best way to distribute a plugin. 
Maybe post what your issue is, maybe someone here knows the solution?

Is PicturePlayer the thing you see when you press LIST on the remote or is it a different plugin?

it is a different plugin, it still needs a built-in picture player, just another design with more possibilities
