Hello friends, I can't use Open pli 8.0, 8.1 and Test development anymore,
because the language is incorrect ..
Missing letters with accents (example >> á, é, í, ó, ú)
And also letter (Ç)
This issue leaves the EPG incomplete..
At Pli 7.3 or lower, we don't have this problem

Is this only in the EPG, or also in the menu and other texts?
And where does your EPG data come from? Broadcasted? Imported?
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Problem only in EPG ( used informtion by satelite )
I used today image 7.3 .. is all ok all leters ... problem is 8.0 ..8.1 and test 8xx
In 8.1 ..8.2 and test 8xx, menu ok ( no used there are no letters in this format )

you may try another encoding.conf

if encoding.conf from 7.3 is working for you, you may download it and replace it in /usr/share/enigma2
