Zgemma H9.2H: does not boot/load USB openPLI 8.1

Hi,

I have a problem with a zgemma H9.2H does not boot/load USB openPLI 8.1. I already tried with many different USB device (2-4 GB). The device has white display and if I press the reset button sometimes it becomes red, but the device does not do anything. I installed many zgemma H9.2H, but I never experience such problem. Is the device broken?
