Since Radio France channels returned to Astra 19 degE I have a problem with both France Bleu and FIP. When switching to these channels it sounds like online radio with a real bad network connection. It takes about 30 sec until the signal is fine.
There is no reception problem at all - all the other French public channels who returned are fine (e.g. France Info, France Culture). The commercial stations on this transponder work too - like Frequence Jazz or Nostalgie.
With Gemini Project or Sif I don't have those problems so I guess it's some software problem related to PLi...

Just tried France Bleu and it sounds good to to me. I'm using Jade Final.

Well there must be something wrong with that signal - because same problems with FIP are gone. Still have troubles with France Bleu.
BTW France bleu can not soud good at all. Sounds just horrible - like an old-time AM station, not a FM station for the nation's capital.
