I read that you do not offer support for openpli-develop ...... but I just wanted to point out that in the last 2 updates in the image it is no longer possible to set the tuners.
Just as info. Hello

Define "not possible"?

What are you trying? What happens? What should happen? Which box?

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

i tried on vu + zero 4k, octagon sf8008 and unose 4k.
When you go to set the tuner on the sat go to single, advanced and it does not find the satellites if you do the car search it does not find anything.
On the Dtt you cannot select the region (for example Italy)

I can't reproduce it.

Flashed the latest develop in slot 1, rebooted, restored my config, and both DVB-S and DVB-T work fine.

VU+ boxes doesn't support true multiboot so you cannot properly test an image with the "fake" multiboot solution. There is always conflict with the other installed image since there is no strict segregation.

Just as info. Hello

Hi.

You probably read badly. Of course, user support exists - in this discussion forum. Here you can look for help with setting up the OpenPLi firmware, with its installation, with the solution of its BUGs, ... and so on.

However, support for the Python developers themselves in Enigma2 is always complicated. Enigma2 based on the last open Dreambox core OE2.0 (open source code) is a GUI for Linux set-top boxes distributed free of charge (a kind of GPL license, if I'm not mistaken). So even the "teacher" of programming should be free :). Or you can pay one :). It is individual and complicated.

If that's what you meant, then unfortunately this still applies!

Good day! The OpenWebif plugin disappeared from the plugins menu. What do I need to do to get him back again?

Hi.

Do you mean Plugin-MENU in Enigma2-GUI ? How is it possible ? Did you do something ? I don't know the OpenPLi firmware very well, but it is possible that OpenWebif is a built-in component in the firmware and is not listed in the plugin list. Try using the package manager (opkg). Uninstall the entire OpenWebif and then install it again :).

First of all, try this:

init 3     # stop the Enigma2
opkg update
opkg install --force-reinstall enigma2-plugin-extensions-openwebif
reboot

If does not work, then try the following procedure... however, it is a risky procedure... and you need to know what you're doing:

init 3    # stop the Enigma2
opkg update
opkg remove --force-remove enigma2-plugin-extensions-openwebif
opkg install --force-reinstall enigma2-plugin-extensions-openwebif
reboot

Which Enigma2 do you use ? The original Enigma2 OpenPLi image ? Isn't this a modified OpenPLi image ? There may have been a failure of feed server resources, as you do not see some packages (openwebif) in the Plugin-MENU.

OpenWebif is a plugin, and plugins self-register for inclusion in the menu (which is why you don't see all installed plugins there).

Just updated my boxes here, but I can't reproduce it.

Are you getting an error message at startup?

There was a typo in the network code, which since has been fixed, so this problem should be solved when the next develop build completes.
