Hello everybody
Where is the problem that on the NASA UHD channel with HotBird 13E I have a frozen image and the sound is there? when I watch this channel on the phone on the VuplusTV application, the channel is working properly.
On the TV, when I switch to NASA UHD, the image changes its resolution to 3840x2140 but it is frozen (like a photo), the sound is there.
Other 4K channels work fine.
My Image is OpenPli 8.1 Nightly Build Last update + Tuner VU + UNO 4K SE.

I have VU + Uno4kse.
resolution set to 1080p with auto refresh.
I've changed these settings but it doesn't help. Some time ago, this channel functioned normally.
I watch other channels in this resolution and p60 normally (they are not permanently frozen).
I watch on the Iphone and the data is as shown in the picture.

Ok.
In the previous post, I wrote it wrong.
Other channels are broadcast in 4K but with the p50 and I can watch them. 4K p60 channels are the problem.
Is it a VU + or TV box problem? My TV is Sony KD-55XF9005.
And the question that by streaming NASA on the phone, the application lowers p60 to p29. TV or box can't do that?

fyi, Has nothing to do with the frame rate.
The resolution and frame rate has not changed.
The difference is that previously NASA UHD used 8 bit color depth.
Now they are using 10 bit color depth.
At least that is what we see on 127w.
So 8 bits = 2^8(bits)^3 (3 primary colors) = 16,777,216 colors
10 bits = 2^10 (bits)^3 (3 primary colors) = 1,073,741,824 colors
