Hi. I want the info bar not to disappear in the image when I press the ok button, but its timeout is not on no. In other words, Infobar should have its normal mode, but when I press the ok button once, it will prevent it from disappearing.
This feature called Disable infobar timeout for ok button is present in some images and in the interface of some images, but as shown in the image below, this is not in pli. Do you add it?

Infobar is called when pressing the ok button so this is the normal mode. So if you disable the timeout then it will remains forever.

So what is the problem?

Press exit will close the infobar too.

I have done some test and I understand what you mean.

If you enable display infobar at program change then it the infobar is displayed according to the global settings, so either it timeout or not.

So we should improve the different way to display the infobar by having dedicated settings for every possible cases, this will provide a more flexible approach. So we can set no timeout with OK but timeout when program changes.

But I guess that the option that you ask for is more "simple" to implement.

OK toggled it always.... why do you not want that give a good reason....

In addition OK twice is usually second infobar showing.

To make this and avoid a double list an extra parameter could be made which only appears when you program a timeout where you can set ignore OK button or so... But this is 'just' another extra setting that needs support and therefor I suggest we need a good reason to add it...

Sorry I do not really see a real added value to ignore the OK button when the timer is still ongoing....

Personally I always set a timeout of the infobar so I never had problem, I just increase it to 8 seconds to give time to read the information the 5 seconds I found it a little too short for confortable reading.

So I  never experienced problems and that's why I don't understand the aliak4342 request.

But I agree with littlesat that the option requested by him is not really needed.

What I do is make the 2nd infobar screen permanent (no timeout), so when I want the infobar "forever" I just press OK twice to activate the 2nd infobar.

I am using "5s" for infobar and "No timeout" for 2nd infobar (it makes sense for me, because we have large EPG) on all my boxes and I am very happy with it.

Thank you. I said it would be better if you enabled this option, we will activate the second infobar if you can not..
I understand you are switching to py3 and making very extensive changes, but I need a lot of options that were on my previous dreambox device but are not .. (including speed control)

Did you enable the expert mode in the setup to display all the available options in OpenPLi?

Yes, I activated this option from the beginning .. I work with a specialized device because that's why I am strict.
