Hello,

 

How do I change my receiver to not freeze in picture, the problem is that my picture freezes when I record for example 2 channels and watch another, it happens every time I change channel and it freezes about 15-20 seconds both on the channel I see and on the recordings.

It is the same problem when I try to watch TV on my ipad with VuPlusTv so the picture freezes on my TV 15-20 sec every time I change channel either on my receiver or on VuPlusTv

Easy… Each SCR should have it’s own virtual LNB.. So SCR1..LNB 1, SCR2…LNB 2.. and so on…..

Priority set auto for all tuners(this default value).

Tuner A set User band 1 (1210) and etc...

it is good on most channels but on some channels that have the same frequency it stays on the same tuner when I record and change channel and then it freezes

There is no need to change it, is is a value that only relevant is the LNB or switch is powered by the STB, and it takes some time to start.

 

Enigma will take this delay into account after it enables the LNB power.

I have yet to install another dish to test two LNBs instead of an LNB and switch

So far thanks for the help, but I still have a problem with it freezing.

It happens when I record one program and watch another on the same transponder.

All the channels on the same transponder stay on the same tuner A, but if I switch to a channel on another transponder, it switches to, for example, tuner C and then it does not freeze.

 

How can I get the receiver to change tuner inside the same transponder

No way.

Enigma2 operation logic does not provide for such a possibility.

On the contrary, one transponder, one tuner.

But when I watch a channel and at the same time record another channel on the same frequency / transponder, the channel I watch and the channel I record alternately freeze by approx. 20 sec intervals.

 

There are no problems when I record on one transponder and look at another transponder, then it switches nicely to the next tuner.

 

Is it possible to get the receiver to change tuner even if it is channels within the same frequency / transponder when I change channel and record at the same time?

 

Or are there other options?

I have check with another LNB it was the same.

 

I can not upload the debuglog file ? Error You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file
