As long as it is useful and relevant advice, not a problem.

 

Telling an OpenPLi user to use "ps -ef" is not relevant advice, as this doesn't work on OpenPLi. And that is the point. That it works on other brands, who cares, that only confuses users.


Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Exactly so. Therefore, I personally did not advise the tool "ps" but just the "top" or "htop" tools, which are in almost every Enigma2 distribution (htop usually needs to be installed). They behave the same everywhere.

But then again Pr2 also has a point that top doesn't show you everything (the list is limited, and the busybox version is quite stripped as well).
