Hoi ik test de Nachtelijke builds en ik krijg de youtube streaming cams niet werkend van uit de kanaalalenlijst/zenderlijst met openpli 8.1 wel.
Heeft iemand ervaring er mee ,heb zelf al streamlink geinstalleerd .

Je hebt deze dus op ext3player gezet ipv gstreamer?

Zo alles er op nieuw geïnstalleerd maar tot nu toe geen beeld maar ik heb de nieuwe drijvers er afgehaald en de oude geïnstalleerd en het werk weer .
Ik heb nu deze erop gezet
Python-iso639_0.4.5
Python-iso3166_0.9
Python-isodate _0.6.0
Python-streamlink_1.27.8.0.r1
Python-websocket-client_0.58.0
streamlinksrv_1.8.2
Maar als ik nu pli update doe van deze drijver dan werkt het niet meer .net getest

Na installatie van de bestanden, enkel "python-iso3166" niet meer updaten, dan blijft het werken.
Blokkeer python-iso3166 update met telnet command:
opkg flag hold python-iso3166
De rest mag je gewoon verder updaten vanuit de Pli feed.

Wat is daar precies mis mee? Zo vaak komen er geen nieuwe countrycodes bij?

Met de laatste versie in openpli werkt streamlink niet meer youtube streams in zenderlijst .
Heb nu de oude versie er in python-iso3166_0.9 werkt het wel

Dat suggereert eerder dan "streamlink" (geen idee wat dat is) moet worden aangepast?

Heb nu de oude versie er in python-iso3166_0.9 werkt het wel
Alles werkt toch nog prima. Af en toe zijn er plugin updates voor streamlink. (youtube plugin en tal van andere plugins)
Die haal ik dan hier en vervang ze in de map plugins. https://github.com/B...1/streamlink-27
Als je toch python-iso3166_1.0.1+git77+3b6b6fe-r0.4 uit de PLi feed wilt installeren
zal je na installatie een aantal regels in __init__.py even moeten aanpassen. Veel verschil met python-iso3166 v0.9 zit er niet in v1.0.1

Dus nog steeds de vraag waarom Streamlink zo nodig een antieke versie van die python library hebben wil...

Wij bouwen overigens ook van de "Billy2011" repo, dus de Nightly Build moet altijd bij zijn (en 8.2-release op dit moment ook).

streamlink-27 (streamlinksrv) python 2.7 fork is anders als de officiële streamlink https://github.com/streamlink
bij openATV python3 streamlink 4.0.2 (StreamlinkWrapper, YTDLPWrapper, YTDLWrapper) ook niet meer van toepassing, gebruikt "python3-pycountry" in de plaats

De opmerking was meer: waarom werke 1.0.1 niet en 0.9 wel, en is dat dan niet het probleem dat de streamlink code niet bij is, want inmiddels is het al bij versie 2.0.2 aangeland.
Straks in OpenPLi 9 is er geen optie meer om terug naar 0.9 te gaan, want die is er niet.

PLi 9 is toch Python3, daar kan je streamlink Py3 van openATV op gebruiken. Heb je python-iso3166 niet meer nodig.

Maar goed, is het dan niet beter om streamlink met de juiste _init te bouwen, in plaats van gebruikers te vragen oude libs te pinnen?
