hi i have a problem with my h7s, openpli image NIGHTLY BUILD any ipk file i put in tmp does not accept it. procedure:

 

download ipk files

 

with dcce2 i put it in tmp

 

do attributes 755

 

I go into plugin

 

multimedia research

 

memory tmp ok

 

I get "this media does not contain any playable files"

Just copy the ipk file to a removable device (USB stick) and plug the stick into an USB slot on your STB,

 

a message will appear if you want to install anything, just follow the instructions on the screen.

 

You don't have to change permissions for ipk files, it is not 'runnable' and opk will handle the procedure with 'root' privileges.

Basta copiare il file ipk su un dispositivo rimovibile (chiavetta USB) e inserire la chiavetta in uno slot USB del tuo STB,

apparirà un messaggio se vuoi installare qualcosa, basta seguire le istruzioni sullo schermo.

 

Non è necessario modificare i permessi per i file ipk, non è "eseguibile" e opk gestirà la procedura con i privilegi di "root".

Why don’t you simply give an answer? I am not interested in your IPK.

What should be in the IPK? Playable files is so general.

Obviously it does something with picons but this plugin might be not compatible with OpenPLi.
