No. Never even heard from it.
edit: looks like very old, I find references from 2013, same chipset als the old VU+ Duo.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Not something we have made, we don't have a BSP for it.

Anyone who wants to build an image and can do so.
Homebuild Image.
In the Youtube video, the image is also shown in Italian by pli (2013).
The company probably built an image there.
dags similar optimus 1.

I did a little research and found that he has been followed by an Italian team for a few years.
I asked why I got the decoder in my hands.

If you can build images, then you could build your own image.
The chipset is old and has had its problems.
OE-Alliance has a current image ready built, but not Openpli.

sounds like Golden Interstar Xpeed LX 1 Box, there were LX 2,3 too and LX class, the last one is supported by PLi
